Natural N Healthy Golden Drop is a brand committed to produce high quality foods and cooking oils. All our oils are cold processed using traditional mills. This product is manufactured through bull driven wood press process. No high temperature is given or generates while manufacturing in this process Thus the qualities of the ingredients remain intact. Cold pressed oils retain all their flavour, aroma, and nutritional value, making these oils great for cooking and skin care requirements.The oil is extracted from the seeds of the plant and has a bland, slightly nutty flavour. Among the natural vegetables, it is one of the least expensive and also has the highest percentage of unsaturated fatty acid.

  • Nutritive value

    In decorticated form (mechanically extracted) it has about 49.7% CP (AFRIS, FAO) while the value goes down to 18-24%, if not decorticated. Undecorticated safflower meal contains about 60% hulls, which limits its energy value and utilization in non-ruminants. TDN content is 55-65%. Safflower meal is low in lysine and methionine.

  • Deleterious factor

    Safflower meal contains phenolic glucosides which are reported to be associated with bitterness and cathartic activity.

  • Detoxification

    Deleterious glucosides in safflower meal can be removed by extraction with either water at the iso-electric point or with methanol, enzymatic treatment with β-glucosidase, dialysis, or by processing to prepare protein isolates.

  • Inclusion

    The undecorticated cake or meal is fed only to ruminants. Though not very palatable, it is readily eaten when mixed with other feeds. Use of safflower meal is restricted to 20% in the concentrate mixture of cattle.

Safflower meal different from other meals high crude fiber content (up to 36.0%).

Safflower seed meal is used as a vegetable protein supplement in animal feed, partially replacing cotton seed meal, thereby reducing toxicity and bitter food. Safflowerseed meal can compensate for the deficiency of protein and fat in the diet of cattle in the feed in an amount up to 50%. To reduce the cost of concentrated feed, we recommend feeding safflower seed meal mixed with cotton cake and feed. Norms of feeding cottonseed meal can be replaced by 50% safflower oil meal. And it is costeffective, as the market price of safflower meal cheaper cotton almost doubled. This will greatly save your budget and saves the growth and productivity
